Blackbox is a kit containing all the tools and equipments
required to initiate a kid into maker's world. It enables them to make useful gadgets and devices on their own using
concepts from mechanics, electronics and computing.
It is designed to be used in a school environment along with the creator’s manual.
With basic mathematical tools like ratio and proportions, you can do various activities with levers, gears and cams. These will give you an insight about how such components can be used to get a mechanical advantage.
Understanding battery, glowing a bulb, regulating a fan by constructing circuits on your own will teach you the basics of electronics and provide insights on how it can be used to reduce human effort.
Using Arduino UNO, you will learn how to program a device and implement your logic in a gadget. Arduino UNO is an open-source development platfrom used globally which you can use to automate almost any gadget.
A selection of supporting equipment is provided to facilitate making gadgets. Available sensors and actuators can be used to make robots like line follower or maze solver robots and other intelligent gadgets such as a lamp which turns itself on in the dark or a bell which rings just by waving a hand in front of it.
