Why should the young ones make?

The world is driven by machines and gadgets. Every few years, new devices come out which change how we interact with each other and the world at large. It is only natural to teach our next generation the skills needed to make, design or improve such gadgets.
The ones who have to shape the future must have the knowledge to do so.
When a kid makes something on his own, he learns things in a very real sense. The theory he uses is not an idea or an abstraction but a moving, working gadget in his hand.

Maker's ecosystem in schools

Imfundo brings STEM education to school classrooms by establishing maker’s ecosystem. We arm the students with skills of mechanics, electronics, computing, robotics and automation so that they have the ability to make a tangible gadget or device from their idea.

Resources to initiate making

We have designed our own curriculum and educational kit to aid the budding makers.

Maker's Blackbox

Blackbox is a kit containing all the tools and equipments required to initiate a kid into maker's world. It enables them to make useful gadgets and devices on their own using concepts from mechanics, electronics and computing.

Creator's Manual

Creator's manual is a book containing over 40 activities and projects which can be performed using blackbox. The activities are designed in such a fashion that you learn and use a new concept with each activity while making a usable device.
